Are you tired of feeling weak most of the time? Do you want to become a healthier version of yourself? Are you ready to build some serious muscle? If you are then I will like to help you get there. I am currently working Men & Women including Senior Citizens that have these characteristics:

1. They are suffering from muscular imbalances due to injuries, etc... and need the assistance to get back on their feet.

2. They want to take their workouts to the next level.

3. They want to conquer their insecurities while performing workouts in the gym.

4. They have busy lifestyles.

5. They have stalled on their training progress.

6. They lacked the motivation to exercise and need 100% total support.

7. They want to get started however need guidance and oversight to do it the right way.

8. They prefer to receive at-home personal training services.

The services I provide are dedicated into (3) three major areas:

Power Training: If you want to build armor on your body, you need to learn to produce power from your body. This training method ensures you build the foundation necessary to keep your body solid and upright. You will learn to "overload" your body so it can better respond to everyday tasks. If you do not have a strong foundation, large muscles will always be weak.
Efficiency Training: Nobody wants to perform an exercise harder then what it seems. If you want to learn how to manage your training time, you must perform efficiently. This training method ensures that you are doing the exercise the right way so you do not waste time. This also means doing the correct training split(s). There are a variety of training splits to review to see what is best for you.
Strongman(Everyday Strong)/Endurance Training: Do you know that many of the errands people perform daily are based on Strongman/Endurance related tasks? You will learn to how to perform every tasks like carrying objects of different sizes, push/pull with the right muscle groups to increase overall muscular density & endurance. Your body will become leaner and meaner.
I also work with clients that have aspirations to be competitive in weight-training related sports such as bodybuilding, power-lifting, and basic strongman.

All clients will receive an initial consultation to discuss goals in relation to health, fitness, and training along with a customized program.

Everyday Strong Beginnings are special workouts dedicated for only new clients & visitors that want to start their journey with the aid of the Certified Personal Trainer. All new clients & visitors will receive a taste of their potential future workouts (based on clients/visitors need). Everyday Strong Beginnings provides ample time for all new clients/visitors to make their decision before making the next move in their journey.

Everyday Strong Beginnings provides all new clients & visitors the following: (3) three special workouts ranging at 30, 45, and/or 60 minutes for Private 1-ON-1 & Semi-Private Personal Training.

Everyday Strong Packs are for all clients/visitors that are ready to train to accomplish their fitness goals to become not just barbell or dumbbell strong however Everyday Strong. For Private 1-ON-1 Personal Training; choices of 30, 45, or 60 minutes are available. For Semi-Private Personal Training; the options are available for groups of two people only. SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING (3-4 PP)

Semi-Private Personal Training (for groups of 3-4 people) is a great way of receiving workouts from the Personal Trainer with cost-friendly options. Semi-Private Personal Training workouts improve the lives of all clients while receiving the same great services as Private 1-ON-1 training. All clients will receive a customized training program in relation to their goals. If you are ready to workout as groups of 3 to 4 people; please contact the Personal Trainer for overall details. The goal is to make all enjoy and feel welcome on their workouts.

The Flex Packs are a prepaid set of packs for people that want to workout however do not have the ability to come back-to-back days. The Flex Packs advantages are that you are not tied down to a contract and can cancel at anytime. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next set of flex packs. The Flex Packs' rules are as follow:


1. Flex Packs require advance payment for the full amount (10 & 20 packs) or 50% (25 & 30 packs)* in order to get started. There are no exceptions.
2. Flex Packs expire in 60 workout days (Monday-Friday only) from the date of your first workout.
3. Unused Flex Packs do not carry over to the next month. If you miss a workout for any reason, the Flex Pack will be counted. Use it or lose it!
4. To cancel the Flex Packs, you must notify the Certified Personal Trainer with 24 hours advanced notice.
5. The last and most important things are that you come in on time and have fun during your workout :).

* The 50% Advance Payment requirement are for Cash, Check, and/or Zelle payments only. All clients that plan to pay by Credit/Debit Card & PayPal must pay the full amount prior to using the Flex Packs.

The 30 & 45 Minute Quarterlies are mainly for people that have very busy lifestyles, feel pressed for time, have inconsistent work schedules, & can't workout 3 to 5 days per week. If you feel that time is of the essence then these Quarterlies are perfect for you. These Quarterlies consist of 24 individual workouts structured for 2 days a week with a renewal process that occurs every quarter (3 months). Now you can workout with ease knowing your overall lifestyles will not be effected.

Personal Training Services at the Gym

If you prefer to received personal training services at a fitness center or gym; the most important thing you can do is provide the name, location, and website (if applicable) by using the contact form below if they allow outside personal trainers to bring clientele.

Please note the following:

1. The rates of my personal training services does not include prices of gym membership therefore you are responsible to pay it separately.

2. I will do my best to research an available gym studio that might be closer to your location and book a rental spot in case you want to be personally trained there.

Personal Training Services at your Home

I do currently offer personal training services via your home's location. I respectfully understand that several people are not comfortable joining a gym and are very self-conscious when it comes to their bodies. There are also several people that do not have readily available access to a gym or due to their bodies' condition; they can't make it there. I am humble to bring these services to you. For these services, please take note of the following:

1. You are primarily responsible to have your own gym equipment. Primary examples are dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, resistance bands, mats, weighted vest, multi-angle bench press chair and some form of weight cage or rack.

2. If you do not have dumbbells and are interested in buying; I will suggest investing some money into Ironmaster Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbell System - 75 lb set. The system includes a toolbox where you can store your dumbbells and weight plates. The price is comparable with most separated dumbbells with its own rack. They do accept PayPal as a form of payment. I do suggest that before buying the set; sign up for PayPal Credit (it's a credit line; not a credit card). If you are approved; then you can use the PayPal Credit advantage where a purchase totaling over $99 dollars; PayPal will give you 6 months-interest free to pay the balance in full. This is a good investment when it comes to buy now; then pay later.

3. The personal training service rates are the same for people whose preference is to be trained at home. I do not adjust my rates based on location as I like to keep it fair and balanced.

My only humble request is that if you like to make a donation so I can keep providing personal training services at people's homes; I will greatly appreciated it. This will aid the business to become more mobile. Thank you :)

Personal Training Services at your Home (with Fitness Center)

There are several homes or apartment complexes that contain Fitness Centers as an amenity. These free weights and machines can intimidate and overwhelm you especially if you do not know how to use the equipment and perform the exercises correctly. If you are not careful then this can lead to injuries and worst of all; feeling embarrassed. If you live in a building that contains a fitness center; feel free to e-mail me or use the contact form below to provide the following details:

You are not required to have a PayPal account to make your payment.
